Sanya Lopez Opens Up About "White Lies" and Handling T0xicity in Her Life
Kapuso actress Sanya Lopez recently confessed that she has told a few "white lies" in interviews with members of the press. In a promo material for her latest film Samahan ng mga Makasalanan with David Licauco, Sanya reflected on her past actions, admitting that she has made mistakes like everyone else.
When asked about the things she may have done wrong in the past, Sanya openly acknowledged:
“Oo. Well, there are times na kailangan. It’s a white lie.”
She explained that sometimes telling small lies is necessary, and although she admitted to these white lies, she firmly denied any rumors about hiding a past relationship:
“Ay, hindi, wala. Pero hindi niyo alam kung sino ‘yung mga nanligaw.”

Sanya also revealed that, like many others, she has been tempted to block certain people on social media, particularly those with t0xic attitudes. Instead of blocking, she opts to mute them, saying:
“Kapag attitude sa akin ‘yung tao, mute lang. Kasi pag block, alam na niya, eh.”
By muting someone, their posts remain invisible to her feed, but they can still interact with her. However, blocking entirely cuts off any interactions between their accounts. She did not specify which celebrities she had muted, but her comments resonated with fans who appreciated her honesty about handling negativity in her personal life.
