Krishnah Gravidez, representing the Philippines, displayed her impressive vocal talent at the finals of the "Talent Challenge" at the ongoing 72nd Miss World Festival in India, performing a well-loved Disney anthem.

Clad in a stunning powder blue floor-length gown with a matching cape designed by Fatima Beltran, the Baguio native captivated the audience as she sang “How Far I’ll Go” from the popular animated film Moana.
The 24 finalists, representing different geographic regions in the competition, performed in front of an audience at the Shilpakala Vedika in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, on the evening of May 22.
The Miss World Philippines Organization took to social media to share their thoughts on Krishnah’s performance, noting that her rendition “inspired more than applause—she sparked hope.”
The post praised Gravidez’s performance, describing it as not just a display of talent, but a strong message to women and children worldwide: “Do not let the world define your limits. Like the song, chase your calling, rise with courage, and flourish beyond boundaries.”

In the end, Indonesia’s Monica Kezia Sembiring won the gold medal after delivering a spectacular piano performance, securing her one of the 10 spots allocated for delegates from Asia and Oceania in the quarterfinals of the Miss World coronation show.
So far, Gravidez has advanced to the Top 32 in the Sports Challenge and the Top 24 in the Talent Challenge. Both of these “fast-track” events provide the winners with automatic entry to the quarterfinals, though she did not earn a spot in the “Head-to-Head” Challenge.
Finishing second in the Talent Challenge was Issie Princesse from Cameroon, followed by Italy’s Chiara Esposito in third.

The upcoming fast-track events include “Top Model,” where the contestants will showcase their national fashion designs, and “Beauty with a Purpose,” where the delegates will present their charity work and humanitarian efforts.
The 72nd Miss World Festival will culminate with the final competition at the Hyderabad International Convention and Exhibition Center (Hitex) on May 31.
Megan Young remains the only Filipino woman to have won the prestigious “blue crown,” achieving the honor in 2013. Krishnah Gravidez hopes to secure the Philippines’ second Miss World victory.
