The company also has investments in several educational institutions, including Chinese International School Manila, Domuschola International School, American International School Manila, International School for Culinary Arts & Hotel Management, and Everest Academy—where Claudia completed her high school education. His family also owns GoNut Donuts.
Basti is the younger brother of Mateo Lorenzo, who is married to actress Erich Gonzales. Mateo is the chairman of Restaurant Concepts Group, Inc. (RCGI), which manages several dining establishments, including Barcino, Bluesmith, Meat Depot, and Single Origin.
