Veteran actress Pinky Amador, known for playing fierce and intimidating villains, shared a hilarious yet shocking experience during a confrontation scene with Kapuso actress Yasmien Kurdi. While Amador is widely recognized for her powerful performances in teleseryes and films, she revealed that there was one unforgettable moment where she became the recipient of a strong slap from Kurdi.

In an interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Pinky recalled the moment, "I really forgot my dialogue. The slap was so strong that the whole set went quiet. It was like, 'Okay, is Miss Pinky okay? Is she still alive?'" The veteran actress admitted that the force of the slap left her disoriented, causing her to momentarily forget her lines. "I was like, 'Where am I? Wait a minute, what’s my dialogue?'" she added, laughing off the situation.



Pinky continued to share how she managed to deliver the scene successfully without the need for a retake. “I didn’t want to do another take. So, I just continued, but it took me a while to remember. 'What? Where am I? What do I do now?'” she recalled humorously.

In addition to this hilarious behind-the-scenes story, Pinky is currently starring in the Kapuso afternoon series Binibining Marikit, where she plays the character Soraya. This role comes with its own set of challenges, especially since her portrayal of Moira in Abot-Kamay na Pangarap had already left a lasting impact on viewers. "It’s been more than two years since Moira was ingrained in the minds of the audience. Soraya is different because she’s a criminal. She’s married to a mafia boss, and then she took over the job," Pinky explained about her new character.
