Rhaila Tomakin on Kyline Alcantara, breast augmentation

Rhaila also spoke candidly about the harsh and often unfair scrutiny women face on social media compared to men.

Rhaila Tomakin, the woman accused of being the "third party" behind the breakup of Kobe Paras and Kyline Alcantara, has addressed the swirling rumors surrounding her.

In a detailed interview published by PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) on May 17, 2025, Rhaila firmly denied being responsible for the couple’s split, which happened in early April.

With the rapid spread of information through social media, Rhaila emphasized the importance of knowing the full context before forming judgments or assumptions.

The newcomer under O/C Records explained, "I'm doing this because, generally, I want to clear my name, obviously.

"But that's not all. I wanted to do this to share with people like you don't have to hate on someone because you don't know the full story. Imagine if you were in their shoes.

"Here's the thing, even if I tell the truth, there's gonna be people that are like, 'She's lying,' people who, like, easily believe something about you wanted to hear it in the first place."

Rhaila Tomakin’s message for Kyline Alcantara

When asked if she had a message for Kyline Alcantara, Rhaila shared that she does not personally know the actress. She explained, "I don't know her because, you know, I grew up in Dubai. And I never really watch, I grew up big, Disney channel, Nickelodeon cartoons, so, Englishera, obviously."

Far from boasting, Rhaila clarified her background - having been raised in Dubai by her mother and stepfather before moving back to the Philippines, where she lived in Dumaguete.

Nonetheless, she offered a sincere wish for Kyline’s well-being:

"I wish her all the best. I wish her more projects, more love, more happiness, because girls are used to getting the blunt and scrutiny, what?"

Rhaila also spoke candidly about the harsh and often unfair scrutiny women face on social media compared to men.

She pointed out, "Men are good, they can get away scratch free, but we, the bashers are so critical, like, people are so critical.

"In my TikTok, I have two nails missing and it's like, 'Oh my god! She's so chaka!'

"Guys relax, this lady is still busy, right.

"It's so critical, people are so critical with women."

Reiterating her good wishes, Rhaila added, "I wish her all the best. At the end of the day, we all have our own blessings. I wish her all the blessings in the world. I have my own."

This interview took place at the Same But Different Cafe in New Manila, Quezon City, on May 15, 2025.

Rhaila Tomakin on breast augmentation

Rhaila was also asked about the social media chatter regarding her noticeably fuller bust, with some attributing it to cosmetic surgery.

Without hesitation, she replied, "Salamat po Doktor talaga!

"Yeah, I did breast augmentation.

"Some might get it removed... we'll see.

"There's nothing wrong with it."

For those considering a similar procedure, Rhaila offered cautionary advice:

"I feel like if you wanted to do it, my only advice is, make sure you do your research. This is a big surgery, this is something that will change your body forever.

"To be honest, if I have the choice not to do it, I will not do it, but we are here now, it's there now.

"But, yeah, do your research, there are really many pros and cons."

Closing her thoughts, Rhaila shared a broader reflection on judgment and acceptance:

"First of all, we are put in this earth whole, complete, and, in the image of God... perfect. Who are we to judge others based on their career, their looks, their money?

"Guys, talents are not linked to character, and the moment we understand that, life gets easier."

Rhaila Tomakin is a Filipino singer and model under O/C Records, a record label founded by Kean Cipriano and Chynna Ortaleza. She gained attention with her debut single "Bite," which showcases her distinctive vocal style and has been featured on various music platforms. Tomakin is also known for her social media presence, where she shares lifestyle content and engages with her audience.

In May 2025, Tomakin addressed rumors linking her to the breakup of celebrities Kobe Paras and Kyline Alcantara. She clarified that she and Paras are merely friends and emphasized that their recent trip to Bali was a group outing, not a romantic rendezvous. Tomakin expressed her desire to focus on her music career and wished Alcantara well, highlighting the unfair scrutiny often faced by women in such situations.
