“72 lbs lost. Ashamed to post this, but posting it anyway. To remind myself of all the hard work I’ve put in to fight for my health—mentally, physically and emotionally. It’s an ongoing journey, pero kaya (but I can carry on),” she captioned the photo, showing the extent of her transformation.
In a follow-up post, Feleo shared a closer look at her eating habits, revealing her balanced diet. She posted a video featuring some of her meals, including air-fried Indian chicken, homemade coffee with zero carbs and cream, and a hard-boiled egg. She also emphasized that high-protein, low-carb eating could be an enjoyable lifestyle if you approach it with resourcefulness.
“High protein-low carb is an enjoyable lifestyle kung maparaan ka (if you’re resourceful),” she captioned the video, offering a glimpse into her daily meals.
Feleo noted that being consistent is the key to following a fitness lifestyle.
“This is really what has stuck with my lifestyle diet because it is what I can sustain and it helps me not to crash and have hunger pangs while working, singing and teaching the whole day. Just you do YOU. Consistency is important,”
