Spanish woman spends $50,000 crore on 'momo-like' lips; "I have trouble breathing and can't close my mouth... but I have no plans to stop"

A transgender woman who has gotten so much lip filler she now has breathing problems and can't close her mouth has insisted that she's far from done.
Vienna Würstel, 25, from Mallorca, Spain, has been passionate about enhancing her femininity since she was young.
Her journey into cosmetic procedures began at 18, when she got her first filler as soon as she was legally allowed to. Since then, she has spent around $175,000 on various surgeries over the past five years, including $50,000 on fillers alone, with no intention of stopping.
"I've always wanted to look exceptionally feminine," she shared in a recent conversation with the Daily Mail.
"I got my first fillers at 18—immediately when I was legally able to. I was eager to enhance my appearance."
After starting the enhancements, it quickly became an obsession for Vienna. "Big lips, big curves, big everything—it just feels right. For me, having huge lips is the ultimate symbol of femininity and sex appeal."
She gets lip fillers every two to four weeks and frequently flies to Frankfurt, Germany, to visit "the best extreme lip surgeon ever." Each trip costs her over $2,000, but she firmly believes that "beauty has no price."
Vienna often showcases her plump lips on social media, despite receiving a lot of criticism for her extreme appearance. However, she remains unfazed by the negative comments.
"I get a lot of hate, especially regarding my lips or how I look. But it’s always from the same group of people—usually women whose boyfriends won't 'allow' them to get procedures or people who can’t afford it. It’s just jealousy and projection," she explained. "Happy people don't leave hate comments."
Thankfully, Vienna has received unwavering support from her family, friends, and partner, expressing, "I feel very loved."
However, her journey hasn't been without challenges. She revealed some health issues caused by her lip enhancements. "My lips are very sensitive, and my nose is blocked, so I have to breathe through my mouth," she said. "I can’t even fully close my mouth anymore, which has caused some problems."
As a result, she has a sore throat every morning from sleeping with her mouth open. To maintain her oral health, she uses a special mouthwash recommended by her dentist. Despite these difficulties, she believes it's all worth it. "I love my lips so much."
Vienna is determined to keep enhancing her lips and currently has 93cc of filler, with a goal of reaching 200cc by next year. She also plans to undergo a nose job and cat-eye lift soon.
"I’m obsessed. I live by the saying: bigger is always better," she concluded.
